Terms & Conditions

1. Overview of the Service

Our Wedding Photo Archival Subscription (“the Service”) provides continued professional digital storage of the Client’s final edited wedding photographs for as long as the monthly subscription remains active and payments are maintained.

This Service is designed as an added layer of protection and convenience, offering peace of mind that images are retained within our professional archival systems.

2. Archival Storage & Care

We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to securely store and manage wedding photographs, including the use of professional-grade storage solutions and backup procedures.

While we operate with care and diligence, the Client acknowledges that no digital storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or immune from failure.

3. Duration of Storage

Photographs will be stored for the duration of an active subscription only. Storage is conditional upon ongoing monthly payments. Should payments cease, the Service will be considered terminated in accordance with Section 7.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are strongly encouraged to download and maintain their own independent copies of their wedding photographs. The Service should be viewed as an additional safeguard and not the sole or permanent repository of the images.

5. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that photographs are lost, corrupted, damaged, or deleted — whether due to technical malfunction, accidental deletion, cyber incident, hardware failure, or any other unforeseen circumstance — our liability shall be strictly limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the Archival Subscription up to the date of the loss.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or non-financial loss, including but not limited to emotional distress, disappointment, or loss of sentimental value.

6. Accidental Loss or Deletion

Despite careful management, the Client accepts that accidental loss or deletion of digital files is a known risk inherent to all digital storage systems. The Service does not constitute a guarantee of permanent image preservation.

7. Cancellation, Lapsed Payments & Deletion

If the subscription is cancelled or monthly payments lapse, we reserve the right to remove the Client’s images from our systems after a reasonable notice period of no less than 30 days. During this time, the Client will be given the opportunity to download their photographs.

Once deleted, images cannot be recovered.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure to provide the Service or for loss of images resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, theft, natural disaster, acts of war or terrorism, widespread power failure, cloud service outages, or changes in law or regulation.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to amend, update, or discontinue the Service where necessary. Where reasonably possible, advance notice will be provided to allow Clients sufficient time to download their photographs.

10. No Lifetime Guarantee

Unless expressly stated in writing, the Service does not provide lifetime or perpetual storage of wedding photographs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
