Caroline and Spencer Warwick Castle Wedding

The past few magical days have reminded us of this very special wedding day, the lovely marriage of Caroline and Spencer.

We first met at Wicksteed Park Wedding Fair in January. We were lucky enough to receive a message pretty much straight away that explained they both loved our work and wanted to meet again! We were so excited and made our way up to Northampton, to their welcoming, cosy home where we sat down and discussed all things wedding related! It was here, where we discovered Caroline and Spencer had organised an amazing Castle Wedding! We couldn't wait for this magical day to arrive, such a wonderful couple and so exciting to be photographing our very first Castle wedding.

A week before the big day, we both made our way to Warwick Castle to scout around the big and beautiful grounds, to get prepared and organised for the wedding. We chose the perfect locations for photos, made a mental note of our favourite spots and waved goodbye to the magnificent building, for a week or so.

Finally, the occasion we had all been waiting for was here, it was slightly drizzly outside but that didn't matter. This day was going to be perfect, magical, full of love and laughter; no matter the weather. Everyone was up and getting organised, Caroline was relaxed having her hair and make up done, whilst Spencer was getting suited and booted, his best man was doing his duties and helping him adjust his tie. Their children were looking smart and beautiful, the girls in stunning red dresses, those that matched the ties of the groomsmen. The perfect colour for this royal and grand venue.

Their ceremony was beautiful and spectacular, all at once. The most stunning room, with a ceiling and chandelier you could stare at for hours. The opulent rooms and happy atmosphere coupled with all of Caroline and Spencer's guests, created the most memorable day.

The drizzle was persistent, although luckily, our newlyweds were not phased by the rain and were more than happy to venture the grounds for some magical group photos and couple portraits. They were naturals in front of the cameras, relaxed, happy and so in love. The different shapes, colours, silhouettes, and spaces offered by this special venue made for some even more special memories.

The evening continued with delicious food, an awesome lego themed wedding cake (suitable for our bride, a self confessed lego addict), photo booth madness and lots of fun on the dance floor! We even made time for some fun night time portraits, involving their closest friends and family in a sparkler photo and capturing some intimate and unique photos of Caroline and Spencer in the moonlight.

We absolutely loved being apart of this wedding, a wedding people dream of. Caroline and Spencer, thank you so much for booking with us. We really do love your photos, you're such a brilliant couple and we're so pleased we were lucky enough to be your photographers. We wish you all the happiness in the world. Adam and Liz
